Request a reseal ticket

Sealing keeps your deck from fading, staining, and drinking up moisture. Fill this in once — you get a ticket number, we confirm your date by phone.

How often to reseal

River rock — every 2–3 years. The sealer is what holds the stone together.

Uro Stone — every 5–7 years. A denser coat, but UV still wears the topcoat.

What happens next

  1. We check the ticket against the schedule and get back to you within two business days.
  2. Rose calls to confirm the date and quote the reseal.
  3. Visit one: pressure clean and vacuum. Visit two, a day or two later: the epoxy seal. Stay off the deck about 24 hours after that.
  4. Have the deck cleared before each visit — furniture, planters, and grills off the surface.

Sealed vs. neglected

Why keeping up on seals matters

Same stone, same sun. The difference is whether the finish was refreshed on schedule.

Left well past its window
  • Color fades and turns chalky under UV
  • Stone loosens; hairline cracks open up
  • Water soaks in — mildew and dark staining
  • Repairs, not a reseal: two to three times the cost
Resealed on schedule
  • Color stays true; the stone keeps its depth
  • Sealed surface sheds water and stays porous
  • Slip resistance and cool footing hold up
  • A clean day and a seal day, on its own schedule
